DRI Spotlights Stacy Douglas for Black History Month

Black History Month is a time to reflect on the contributions of Black Americans; we are grateful to the DRI and Ebony S. Morris for the profile honoring Everett Dorey's own Partner and Directory of Diversity and Inclusion, Stacy Douglas She/Her/Hers. Stacy is active and passionate about promoting Diversity in the legal profession. Throughout her career, she has worked to promote diverse attorneys across the country by speaking and training clients and business entities on the importance of sexual harassment policies and training, unconscious bias, and elimination of bias training and how inclusion of all demographics is necessary to future success.

“Black History Month is a time to reflect on the contributions of our ancestors and Black Americans who have contributed significantly to our country,” Morris writes. “We often celebrate famous politicians, celebrities, and historical figures during this month; however, we sometimes overlook those who are within reach and who are contributing to our lives every day.”
