Biography

Ronni is a Senior Associate at Everett Dorey, specializing in general liability, including personal injury, premises liability, product liability, business litigation, and complex litigated matters.

Ronni earned her Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne College of Law, graduating fourth in her class, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Administration from The King’s College. During law school, Ronni served as Chief Managing Editor of the University of La Verne Law Review and Managing Editor of the Journal of Law, Business, and Ethics, competed on the Mock Trial Team, and received CALI Awards in Torts, Trial Advocacy, Jury Selection, Criminal Procedure, Hearsay, and Wills & Trusts. Her note, “The Failure of FOSTA,” was published in the University of La Verne Law Review. Ronni later returned to her alma mater as an Adjunct Professor, teaching Legal Analysis, Writing, and Research to first-year law students.

Ronni has substantial trial and litigation experience. As a Deputy District Attorney in Riverside County, she first chaired eight jury trials to verdict, handled fifteen preliminary hearings, and managed an active trial caseload of up to 120 cases. In private practice, she has represented clients in trust contests, conservatorships, and Probate Code § 850 petitions, securing favorable results including a four-day bench trial to remove a hostile co-trustee. She also has experience drafting estate plans and administering trusts, negotiating asset purchase agreements and commercial leases, and directing all pre-trial phases of insurance defense matters, including motion practice, written discovery, and depositions.
