Biography
Patrick Albasha is an attorney in the Southern California office of Everett Dorey, specializing in the defense of clients in various intricate legal matters, including general liability, constriction defect, habitability, personal injury, commercial litigation, toxic torts, and employment law. He represents private clients and public entities from litigation through trial and has successfully defended clients at all stages of litigation, including federal and appellate matters. Patrick transitioned to civil litigation from a corporate transactional background and uses his past consulting experience to develop his defense litigation and trial skills. Patrick is a graduate of Loyola Law School where he obtained his Juris Doctor and Master of Law in Taxation. Prior to joining Everett Dorey, Patrick represented individuals and businesses in tax controversy and collection matters. He then transitioned to consulting some of the largest companies in the world in mergers and acquisitions tax matters.
Patrick obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a double major in Political Science and Global & International Studies. In his free time, Patrick enjoys spending time with his wife and family, playing basketball, or golfing. He is fluent in Arabic.
