Biography

Neha Dhiman is an associate at Everett Dorey with experience in general liability, real estate law, toxic tort, and all facets of civil litigation.

She earned her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, with a minor in Public Affairs, from the University of California, Los Angeles. During law school, Neha served as Executive Notes Editor for the Brooklyn Journal of International Law and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society’s Appellate Division. She was a semifinalist in the Monroe E. Price Media Law Moot Court Competition, competing in the final rounds in Oxford, England, and received her law school’s Pro Bono Award. Neha also gained experience in landlord-tenant law, real estate, and trusts and estates through internships and externships. During her summer internship at Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts of New York, she taught a seminar on legal issues in tattoo art.

Neha has experience representing insurers and insured clients in civil litigation matters. She is well-versed in legal research and in drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery materials, and has participated in court appearances and mediation conferences.
