Biography
Megan Khorashadi is an attorney at Everett Dorey, specializing in general liability, which includes personal injury, premises liability, complex litigation, and environmental law.
Megan earned her Juris Doctor from Western State College of Law. During law school, she was a member of the mock trial team, achieving finalist status in the Syracuse National Trial Competition and participating in the TYLA Competition. She received the CALI Award for Excellence in Evidence and Criminal Practice and was a finalist and winner of the first-year moot court competition. Additionally, she served on the Student Bar Association and was elected as a class representative for her first, second, and third years. Megan was also recognized for her exemplary pro bono public service. Through her law clerkships, she gained valuable experience in state and appellate courts, enhancing her writing and research skills.
Before attending law school, Megan worked as a legal assistant, where she developed skills in document preparation, e-filing in state and federal courts, editing, proofreading, and organization.
Megan obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Sociology, with Minors in Political Science and Systems of Justice, from Virginia Polytechnic Institute.
