Biography
McCaully is an attorney at Everett Dorey, specializing in general liability, complex litigation, real estate law, habitability, environmental law, and employment law.
She earned her Juris Doctor from New York Law School, where she was a Dean’s Scholar and a graduate of the Center for Real Estate Studies Associates Program. During law school, she volunteered with the Courtroom Advocates Project, providing legal support to survivors of domestic violence, and with Read Ahead, where she mentored students in the New York City public school system. McCaully also gained practical experience as an intern and summer associate at various legal institutions, working across all facets of civil and federal litigation.
Before law school, McCaully worked as a corporate paralegal at an Am Law 100 firm. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Occidental College, where she was a member of the NCAA Women’s Soccer Team.
In her free time, McCaully enjoys running marathons and curating a growing collection of American whiskey.
