Biography

Lana is an associate attorney at Everett Dorey where she specializes in defending clients in general liability, public entity, and employment matters. Lana is a graduate of Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law. During law school Lana was the President of the International Law Society. She was also a Legal Clerk for the Public Law Center, a pro bono law firm providing access to justice for low-income residents in Orange County. Lana was also a Legal Intern for the U.S. Small Business Administration assisting with National Disaster Loan Administration, and a Law Clerk for Puzzle Group, LLC assisting with Cannabis Real Estate Law and Application Consulting. Lana authored and published an article, “Administrative Wage Garnishment: Examining Extrinsic Evidence in Fraudulent DocuSign Signature Allegations,” (Resolution Law Review – A journal of selected works from the SBA National Disaster Loan Resolution Center, United States Small Business Administration, February 2022). Lana obtained her undergraduate degree from California State Polytechnic University with a Bachelor of Science in Apparel Merchandise Management.
