Biography
Claire Foster is an attorney at Everett Dorey, specializing in general liability, including personal injury, product liability, and premises liability, as well as complex litigation and environmental law.
She obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Irvine, School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the UC Irvine Law Review. During law school, Claire also served as a Community Fellow and an Admissions Ambassador. Claire became a certified clinical student for both the Domestic Violence Clinic and the Immigrant Rights Clinic. Throughout her time in law school, she was deeply involved in pro bono work with several organizations, advocating for underprivileged communities, immigrants, human rights, and the transgender community.
Claire has gained extensive experience across all facets of litigation throughout her career, honing her excellent research and writing skills. She is well-versed in state, federal, and appellate work.
Claire earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Puget Sound, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in History.
