Biography
Kevin Hernandez is a Partner at Everett Dorey. He is a litigator and trial counsel in high exposure litigation including, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, employment law, mass tort and environmental law. He has represented corporations, public officials and cities in high profile litigation, including the country’s largest public utility company in one of the country’s largest environmental mass toxic tort matter. Recent trial victories include Kneeshaw, et al. v. City of Orange, Orange County Superior Court (Wrongful Death Defense Verdict) and Haynes v City of Orange, Orange County Superior Court (Catastrophic Injury Defense Verdict).
Kevin handles and provides advice and counsel on school-accreditation matters. He also has experience representing clients in special education matters. He attended UCLA School of Law as a recipient of the Simon Endowment Fund Scholarship. During law school, he clerked with Orange County Counsel and the Los Angeles Community College District and gained experience with juvenile dependency and education law.
Kevin enjoys spending his free time with his family. He also volunteers as a board member of TEACH Public Schools in Los Angeles, California.
