Biography

Jeremy E. Beal is a partner at Everett Dorey.  Jeremy specializes in catastrophic injury defense, first-party and third-party insurance coverage matters, complex insurance litigation, and property damage litigation. Jeremy is a graduate of Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. He obtained his undergraduate degree from University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. 

Jeremy has provided counsel to insurers nationwide. He is admitted in and actively litigates in state and federal courts in California, Nevada, Arizona, and Texas. He has extensive experience representing general contractors and insurers of general contractors in all manner of litigation and insurance coverage related matters .He specializes in complex risk transfer, including enforcement of express indemnity and additional insured obligations.

Jeremy also represents a wide range of businesses across several states, providing counsel on contractual issues, business formation, and litigation on public and private works projects. Jeremy has been recognized as a Super Lawyer for 12 years in a row.
