Dominick earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from The University of Akron School of Law, where he also received a Certificate in Constitutional Law. During law school, he served as a Legal Fellow with the Constitutional Law Center, researching, writing, and editing constitutional law scholarship for publication in the ConLawNow Journal, and completed legal externships with the Ohio Civil Rights Commission and The University of Akron’s Office of the Title IX Deputy Coordinator. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Diego State University, where he was a Founding Father and Executive Vice President of Internal Affairs of the Kappa Sigma Fraternity.

He is well-versed in law and motion practice and oral argument, regularly appearing at depositions, mediations, and judicial hearings, and has drafted and argued numerous pleading-stage, discovery, dispositive, and ex parte motions. He has practiced extensively in the California Superior Courts for San Diego, Orange, Riverside, Los Angeles, and San Bernardino Counties, and in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Central Districts of California.
