Biography

Benjamin Doyle is an attorney at Everett Dorey, specializing in complex litigation, premises liability, product liability, construction defects, commercial auto cases, professional negligence, and general liability.

He earned his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from New York University.

During law school, Benjamin was a member of the Moot Court Board and participated in the Pro Bono Program. While at New York University, he also played on the Varsity Volleyball team.

Since graduating from law school, Benjamin has gained extensive experience in the legal field, managing cases from inception to resolution. He is well-versed in motion practice and oral argument and has represented Fortune 500 retailers. He serves as the co-chair of the Clark County Bar Association's New Lawyers Committee and is a member of its Publications Committee. He also actively works pro bono cases in conjunction with the Children’s Attorneys Project.
