Biography

Andrea Rodriguez is an attorney at Everett Dorey, specializing in general liability, which includes personal injury and premises liability, as well as complex litigation and employment law.

Andrea earned her Juris Doctor from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law. During her time in law school, she received the Merit Scholarship and the First Generation Scholarship. Additionally, she served as a staff editor for the Diversity and Social Justice Journal and as Vice President of the Hispanic Law Student Association. Andrea was also a board member of the ADR Competition Team and participated in the Low-Income Tax Clinic. Through various law clerkships, she gained valuable hands-on experience across all facets of civil litigation, further strengthening her writing, analytical, and research skills. Furthermore, she externed at the Public Law Center, the U.S. Small Business Administration, and the Orange County Counsel.

Before law school, Andrea obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Political Science from the University of California, Irvine.

Andrea is fluent in Spanish and enjoys hiking, traveling, and cooking in her free time.
