The Court of Appeal Affirms Judgment in Complex Employment Case filed against a major California City. In the contentious suit filed against the City, plaintiff claimed FEHA violations, including, “retaliation” and “wrongful termination”. Everett Dorey’s Motion for Summary Judgment was granted and the Appellate Court Affirmed!
